Files Sharing Access Denied

    I'm running Windows XP SP2
    I've setup a network of two computers with a D-link router.
    The other computer is running on windows 98se.
    A few of the files I've setup to share work fine.
    My user files work without any problems.
    The other two users on my computer, the file folder shows up on the network but if you click on it a message pops up saying that access is denied. Any Ideas on what I'm doing wrong.
