files will not deleat

    i am trying to deleat a cd movie file from my c-drive its in my
    document/settings but when i try to deleat it its saying can not
    deleat being used by another person or programme,i closed all programmes and am the only person who uses the pc but it still will
    not deleat.Any ideas???? Thanks

    Sometimes you have to restart in order to stop the process that is using the file.

    Restart then try deleting. Let me know how it goes.

    restarted and tried again but still getting the same error message
