Dont know if this has been mentioned on another thread if it has apologies!!!But is Film 4 and Film 4+1 gone from starview box?
to be honest i have a Kryptview and Super box and both channels are still not working, nothing on the EPG either and both these box's have autoscan facility's,looks like they have been removed from the service, can anyone confirm?

Film Four is gone for me too. What use are those frequencies? When I go to menu, channel setup, and to Film Four and tells me the same frequency number anyway. Do I have to do a rescan? It seems to be only Film Four, Film Four +1 and the Adult Channel that have disappeared.
In defence of CO19 I had not updated that list since the change. I have now as per date of change. All you need to do is delete the channels and do an autoscan. BTW reason for the Film4 and Film4 +1 problem is not only TP related but you will pick up FTA and scrambled duplicates on N**. A lot of channels have gone FTA/FreeSat recently but due to rights issues on this side of the water thats another story.
I didn't post "those" frequencies for anyone I was answering another member by saying frequencies are in my signature at the end of my post if they're needed,the "use" of those frequencies are only if you are "missing" channels then you use the frequency for that channel and do a manual scan. If you're still not getting Film 4 do an autoscan and it should pick it up on the new frequency
but wouldn't that mean having to re-order all my channels again. No thanks. I'll do without for a while. Cheers though.
No you won't have to re order all your channels-all you'll have to do is delete the dead channels and replace them with the newly scanned one's
