Final Fantasy 7 Remake?

OK i know you guys saw the tech demo of Final fantasy 7 in e3. theres a petition in the web and theres alot of signitures. sqare enix might just remake it again theres about 2,000+ signitures there so far please help if you want thanks.

i so hope they don't. petitions don't really make a difference somewhat? .. anyways, i'm tired of seeing all this ff7 babies from the ff7 mother, a movie is kool but thats enough, now their all these sequels and prequels? for me ff7 wasn't even that good, it was just good, but not the best. anyways square shouldn't be making remakes they should make new ffs like ff12.. we want something totally new

final fantasy 7 was by far the best they made and it needs the graphics too much the story!

 

I thought it was just a tech demo there were never going to remake it. Even after it was done the guy said that they where not making a new one

 

They better remake 9, that one was by far the best.

 

Actually they are making a game from the character Vincent in FF7.It is suppose to be like Devil May Cry in a way,not real sure about it though I could be wrong.If I had a choice I would make the game like this:

For main characters instead of one it would be two for multiplayer
for example Cloud and Squall,and the occasional one player.They really need to add multiplayer support for offline.Atleast try to make it where they fight like off of kingdom hearts,where you can control your character.There are alot of ways of making Final Fantasy alot better,but nothing really has changed that much to make a difference.Add in tons of summons,because some of the summons are awesome like Knights of Round which they leave out.They are starting to slack off on the summons by adding in only a couple of them.Also,alot of changes in the monsters because the same monsters keep occuring in the games like Marlboro and so forth.

 

If you ask me they should remake every one, with the new updated graphics and sound they would all be worth the price, although final fantasy IX was my favourite.

 

Remaking them all would cost them a lot of time and cash but am sure they would make it all back in a sec.

 

Wait why not add in controlling the characters though instead of the prompts for Attack,Items etc....That is kinda old though right since the computer does everything for you.I actually think it makes the game too easy to play when they add that in.I kinda like games that are more like Chaos Legion,where you can control your character but then again you can summon Legions.They need to advance to where you can control the character though rather than letting the computer do everything for you.

 

perhaps they could have difficulty settings so easy would let the comp control, medium would let you the user have some control, and full would allow you to contol everything

 

Yeah that would work,sounds good to me to be honest.They really don't have a difficulty setting for Final Fantasy either.Glad you mentioned that,they should definately add that in.

 

if they made it more action like that.. i wouldn't be called rpg? heh.. and ffix is the most underrated..im gonna start playin it now.. someone was trying to be funny, but serious and said ff7 is the most underrated.. hah!

 

ive got final fantasy x and x-2 and it will take you about a day to complete

that is by the far the easiest one ive ever played, the graphics are good etc, but your constrained by where they want you to go, no real exploring

theres a map with points on and you have to go to them, so according to your credentials it isnt an RPG either

just because action is added to part of a games plot, doesnt mean its not an RPG, it still is but the fighting is a fundemental part of any FF so more control is needed

oh that reminds the fighting bits are very good on FFX as well switching players etc is a step forward!

 

This discussion made me think of something. Maybe possibly Sony could make a new online system and you pick a character from any playstation game ever made, also maybe to shake things up once a character is picked you cannot pick him again.

SO if you had first pick who would you choose?

Actually, there WAS a difficulty system in FF8, but it was automated. Bosses' levels and strengths were determined by how strong your party was. The idea was that the game would be the same battle difficult because all the battle stats depended on your characters' levels.

...... And just to toss in my two cents, I liked FF8 the best, I don't care what anyone says, FF8 had the characters that were most human, the most down-to-earth story and the best graphic themes and ideas But then again, I've only played FFX for 2 hours, so that one could be better to me.

When it comes to games and anime, I'm always outspoken. For instance, I hated Gundam Wing, but I absolutely loved Gundam 0083, even though no one knows that series even existed. It was just the one that was most in touch with real human emotions, actions, and situations.

 

Final Fantast was a huge step forward for Squaresoft in terms of real time graphics from FF7 but they then took it back to the cartoon feel for Final Fantasy 9

FFX is too easy, the puzzles are the only tough bits in the whole game

 

this game was going to come for the playsation 2 but they chage the day it will come out this suck bu7t i wonder if the psp version is good.@(

 

final fantasy 7 is going to have some good graphic and those video that they show in x play or any other show look cool man when this game hit store i am going to buy it as fast as i can.!)

 

i never like that runescape game those graphic is bad never think is going to look like that in final fantasy dude
