Finding out my computer specs

    Is there a program that I can run and it will tell me the processsor, ram, video cards, etc.... on my computer? Thanks a bunch.

    cpu-z will tell you the computer specs.

    CPU-Z and GPU-Z work up to a point, for the whole deal you may want to try Everest, but be advised the latter isn't free.
