firefox 2 quicktime plugin problem on windows

I have quicktime 7.1.3 on firefox 2 on windows and most videos i go to watch i get this picture
what is going wrong and how do i fix it

thanks it worked you also fixed my problem with sites saying i dont have the latest version of flash after all it was all quicktimes fault
