I've been having a strange problem with Firefox lately. Basically, when I download any sort of file, the download box doesn't show up and I can't see the progress of my download. I've tried selecting the Download Manager in the Tools menu while I'm downloading, and it doesn't show the download. I've also tried showing it before I download a file, and it still doesn't show the download. I've tried checking my options, and the Download Manager is turned on for when I download files, yet it doesn't show up. So what can I do, this problem has been driving me insane lately. Any help will be greatly appreciated
I'm not 100% sure about that, but you could try the extension called "Download them all". You can find it at mozilla.com. There are a couple of other extensions you could try, but you could also try reinstalling Firefox or getting any recent updates. Click help and select check for updates.
