Hey i know for firefox theres a plug-in that can get through software like that. Ive used it i have firefox that runs on a USB so i copied it onto my usb key and that plug-in and plugged it in at school so i could check my email and my posts here at AD. And as far as i know they had no idea. But yeah im sorry i couldnt give u a link to the actual plug-in page.

That would be Portable Firefox: http://portableapps.com It won't get you past the proxy, though. You will want to talk to your network Admin about that.

I doubt the forum rules allow for discussion on hacking your way around a firewall proxy, as it is unethical to say the least, and a prosecutable offense that would likely get you fired when you are caught.
