Ok guys I have made a post about firmware before but I have no idea which product Is mine and which update to do so if someone woudln't mind helping me out with the proper link that I shoudl download to upgrade my firmware. On front of drive it says Memorex Double layer 16x, also dvd-r DL Dvd-rewritable, DVD rw, and Cd rewritable. we need the model number of the drive you can find it by opening your computer case the model number is on the drive without it you cannot know what the correct download is
If you have a copy of DVD Decrypter you can obtain burner details or if you have Nero you can run Nero info tool and it will give you the info you require.
