    Do i need to install new firmware ot something called firm ware to get my cd/dvd drive to weork better. It is really struggling and I am at my whit's end. I simply want to play and make dvd movies with and on this computer, but VLC, Windows Media Player, AVS and MEdia Player Classics... none of them work. HELP!
