first timer using Euro-vox Max

How do i use Euro-vox Max box, plugged it in to NTL, set MZH to 290-400, don`t how to change symbol rate, is 6875 or 6887, and i put that in (MBAUD), when i tryed it first of all, it came up all the channels i have on NTLs basic package, which am on, and some others scrambled. where do i go from here, please help, thanks, I live in Northwest England.

 

symbol rate for n*l is 6887.

 

Make sure your cable is plugged into the RF and not the antenna port

 

would he get channels if it wasnt in rf socket??

 

Might just get the basic channels
