Fix videos to Full Screen

    i got my files converted to mp4 now nad the program i use is WINAVI so does anyone know how i can get my movies to play in full screen? when i play them there are two really big bars on te top and bottom and since its a MP3 player (Zune 80gb), that doesnt leave much room for my movie
