flash fxp help how do i save files 2 ur xbox

    Use FlahFXP, Got to ur costom dash, then open flash, Click the lightning bolt, then quick connect, then put ure xbox ip in and the passwork and urer name r xbox( but thats only if u r useing default settings). Then hit connect, All ur xbox drives will come up. then do to e drive and u can get all ur maps and stuff like that there to mod. Or whatever u wanna do.

    HELP ME OUT

    i downloaded a roster update for espn 2k5 baseball
    it is a zip file that is not supposed to be extracted
    i need to know how to get it on to my xbox with flash fxp
