flash player not working

    Ok I go to some sites and it says I need to update the flash player. I update and view the properties and its been updated. but I go back to the site and it says I still need to update. other sites do the same. rebooted many times. what do I need to do to view these sites?

    Do a clean reinstall remove it reinstall fresh.
