Flash Update Fail...Help!!

    I bought The Box Super. ver.7.08e. When I try to flash it (using GTRom_Super_8), I get error message "Flash Update Fail...". I've tried changing port but still nothing. I'm using the RS232 cable which came with the box. When I go into device manager it just says COM1, COM2 but doesn't look like its seeing the box. Any ideas??

    You need a NULL MODEM cable. Does the cable say null modem on it?
