Flash update fail on starview box

    I have a starview "the box". I Moved my box when moving house and when i was connecting back to cable the box would not work.I reinstalled software and during downloading my laptop died and i have been getting flash update fail. Also when i turn on the box, the LED shows 1 dash but the TV screen shows "THE BOX" image. Have i corrupted the box?
