flashing my dbox

hi could anybody flash my dbox ive tried cant do it i will pay the fee what it cost im from the dundee ares thanks

i have tryed to flash with a cross over net ethernet lead all ways say not connected tryed it that many times dont no if its a proper lead im using as well ive got this other lead as well where you press the up button on box tell you too write something in box nothing will write in the box when i try it thanks
