Flashing Or Downgrading Firmware?

Is it possable to downgrade to an older firmware of a Verizon V3C to ernable OBEX file and folder transfer via USB? if so, I cant find a clear cut instructions on using PST and other combined tools to load or flash a firmware file to my Motorola RAZR V3c from Verizon. These are the models that to my readings, have no other means of getting pix off the phone then to pay big time for email transfer.

Is there a way to at least get the ringtones, pic , & video data off the phone to load into another one for new phone use.

I want to use my newe K1M but once I activate the new one, so it would be nice to get my data off this older model.
