Hi I have Benq spoofed as Hitachi 79 (spoofed with LT 1.2 fairly recently). Back ups work fine at the moment but I have a question in relation to new LT+FW. 1.I won’t be going live (which is just as well I guess as spoofing leaves me open to ban) but I would like to update to the new FW to play newer back ups offline with the AP25. Is there an advantage in doing this simply to play the newer back ups regardless of live position? (not banned at moment) 2. Should I need to flash the new LT do I just need to follow the Benq unlock process in the MTKFlash 32 tab in JF and then use the Benq spoofed FW in the source and the new LT in the target? Conversely do I need to use the original Hitachi FW in the source (I have kept all the FW bins and keys)? Sorry if this is obvious. Many thanks
I'm not sure I understand your #1. You will need to update to LT+ when it releases in order to play AP25 backups, regardless if you are play them online or not... but it sounds like you know that. For spoofing... You will need to unlock the Benq drive following the Benq unlock process (MTKFlash 32), but then you will load the original Hitachi firmware as the source firmware. The target firmware will be the new LT+ firmware for Benq drives.
