ok its not a secrect, i am a noob. but im intrested in learning about soft and hard modding and ive learned alot through google and reading some old afterdawn forums. but theres one thing i havent learned yet. what is flashing the tsop? what does it do? ive read a few tutorial on how to do it, but i dont know WHY i would want to do it. Can someone please explain what does flashing the tsop do? whats a tsop? -big noob, kniemi
Forget this! Either continue to Google for it, or give up on this useless Path. In case you haven't lerned this much the TSOP is the XBOX™ equivalent to a PC BIOS Chip. IF you fuxx0r this Chip up! You'll won't have much of an XBOX™ left to worry about. Besides the fact that you'll have to do some Soldering. On the Logigboard itself. Beleave me when I tell you that a Solderless Modchip is the n00bfriendliest way to go. If you still have to Softmod then at look into something called the 'Phoenix BIOS Loader', It'll do pretty much what you want without having to resourt to Flash your TSOP.
