with an amplifier and the right wires. a real big ass amp because your normal domestic hi-fi thing won't be able to handle the back emf without some serious mods to the output stages to improve the overshoot capabilities.. They will sound pretty horrid anyway.. they are nothing like domestic kit.. designed to make a lot of noise in shopping centers and bars where quality really doesn't matter.. for a good pair that handle that kind of power you are looking at 6x the price at least.. In particular those type of horns sound awful unless you add a pair of small bullets a side to get much above 10k what are you intending doing with them?
if you are planning on using these to DJ or do live events off your computer, then they will work good. but if you intend on using these in your home, I wouldn't recommend it. these speakers aren't designed for small indoor areas like a bedroom or living room.
