FLV being truncated when converting

    I have an FLV file which I'm attempting to convert to an MPEG to put on DVD or on my Palm Pre. I've tried with Handbrake, with DVDFlick and now with Super and in each case the conversion seems to go fine except the 43 minute video ends at 25 minutes. Am I missing something basic here? Any recommendations?

    See if AviDemux will load the file.
    Try seeking through and saving it.
