Fonts and colors

    I've searched if there was a thread to this, but there wasnt, tell me if im mistakened.

    I think it would be an awsome idea if you can choose what color you want your text to be and what font you want your text to be.

    And mabey a swearing sensor.
    Or a program that wont let you post if there is a cussing word on the post.
    Or an age limit to AD

    And for those who were previosly bann, how about being allowed to post or pm [bold]one time[/bold] the mod that bann them, to say why you deserve a second chance. I think many afterdawn addicts will agree to this.
    Feedback takes tooooo long, and i know that's the alternative.! And if you think of it more, it would be a little break to the feedback ad since there wont be any feedbacks relating to bann.

    i agree i just registered and was a little disappointed that i couldn’t use color or fonts. also it would be nice to have the url ubb code so there wont be huge links in the message boxes.

    2 or 3 of the other forums I belong to have all three of your suggestions on their site. To be honest with you I never use them except to make a point. I don't know if that would stress the servers more or not since I don't know much about running a site like this. I do know that with the tremendous number of members we have on this site we can't afford too many items that may slow it down very much. It would look nice but isn't really necessary to make this site work. Just my opinion.

    Jerry hit the nail on the head there, we're still having timeouts due to performance problems here at AD, and that's with some of the whizzy features turned off

    Yes, I've seen that Afterdawn has had many problems. I cant even report abuse, it just logs into homepage. Sometimes i dont get updates and have to check them myself, and one day i couldnt go on afterdawn for a whole day because it always said error, blah blah blah
    Anyways,when they fix their problems, i [bold]hope[/bold] they will do what i've suggested. It would be a really nice update to AD, dont you guy think so?
