-This is for people in the Montreal,Quebec area to have a great time at the Ukrainian Golf Tournament on July 16, 2005. As said below you must pay and the deadline for the entry form is June 30, 2005. Please read the form below- -Every effort shall be made to accommodate your preferred starting time. Your time shall be confirmed once your form is submitted and full payment received. Players shall be grouped into foursomes if your foursome is not complete players shall be added. This year we have expanded our causes. The proceeds from this event will support the local Ukrainian Summer Camps and a needy Ukrainian orphanage in Ukraine.
