This system has never been banned on xbox live. This system does not come with any original games. I can include some backup games if you wish. This system is NOT modded. good question does it have the hdmi port? how can it play back-ups if it is not modded(has the software been flashed like a psp cfw)? and dont include the backup games if it is againts the rules i wouldnt like for u to get banned from these forums and if u do want to include them - dont mention them again.
