No I can't, you have already exceeded the amount of chances to enter the wrong code. What I gave you was correct for Fido, Canada but too many tries have already been attempted to unlock that phone. Professional unlocker will have to do it direct with a DCT 4 clip.
It will have to be done with a DCT 4 clip directly connected to the phone. The only Nokias that can be unlocked with a cable are DCT 3 and older. Yours is DCT 4 and the clip costs about $200.00 up to $400.00 but for them to unlock would be about $25.00 to $35.00 and it takes about 2 minutes.
