Problem FORGOT HDD/SSD PASSWORD OF TOSHIBA LAPTOP

    Hi guys , its a toshiba Laptop , with windows 7 when I start up there's an error message
    ENTER HDD / SSD password in a blue box If you try typing in anything get a message
    Setup notice Verify eror! ! press enter to continue, , if you type anything in get message
    Verify error System shutting down after 3 times. I didn't set any password.
    Model - Toshiba satellite i5-2410M
