i tryed to format my ematic mp3 player and it says windows cannot format i tryed restarting computer and al nothing seems to work can anyone help?
99% it is toast now! Formatting can 'kill' them if you don't format it correctly. It is far safer to just delete everything that isnt a system file. Some players use system files. Chipods die soon and hard so it may have been a goner before you formatted it. It is a better investment to buy a refurbished name brand and get an extended warantee. Most Chipods do not offer a warantee because they are built using rejected parts from the named brand players.
