formatting help

    Hi
    I've been told the computer i have has windows 2000 already built into it...can anyone tell me how i restatrt the whole lot again please i dont have a disk :(

    the onlt thing i get from your post is you would like to reformat your HD and install your OS you will need the OS disc it's not really built in it is preloaded means you need the OS disc to reformat If you don't have the disc you are SOL
