I just brought a new combo BusLink external drive and it came with Nero Express. I am not able to format my CD-RW disc. Can someone please help me?

Formatting Cd-RW disk so they can be used for archiving purposes where you can edit, copy, paste at will files from your HD is done with a program that runs in the background !! Nero has this program available on their website and it's called InCd -- Once installed , you simply right click your Drive in the control panel -- after you have inserted a CD-RW media -- selecting FORMAT.
