Found 1 transponder but no channels

    Have nokia dbox2 , sportster image. Did a scan, but cannot get any channels. Have found 1 transponder. Any ideas?

    when you do a scan what symbol rate are you using

    also if fast scan set to off

    Tried with the fast scan off as well.
    Symbol rate is one the first box, although I presume this is only used for manual scan - no??
