Was this N*L employee under the influence of alcohol/drugs at your party? Did he take a picture of the box or has he any evidence to prove it was there?

I certainly wouldn't admit to anything. Are you sure they reported you? Have you heard from n*l?

    good luck!

I know a guy this happened to a while back, the N@L engineer came into his house to fix his broadband and seen the box. He wouldnt fix the BB and told him he was going to report him to the fraud department.

He ended up ringing them up and saying the engineer was very rude and he wouldnt fix the BB. They came out the next day fixed it and he never heard a word from them since. At te end of the day its his word against his and just deny deny deny..

He was not caught and fined €9m, he was sued for 9.2m, and the case was settled for somewhere in the region of €102,000, plus a promise to reveal all about his supply network (who bought the boxes off him!!). So worse case you will be sued for 9.2m, but will probably get away with €100k!! No worries!!

Just buy a cheap freeview box for a tenner, stick it in the place of the starview and prey someone does come round, play along with them and show them your party piece!!Start by flicking through the channels showing them that you can get ITV2 and BBC3 and tell them how chuffed you are then tell them A guy who works for them came round to your party and tried to flog you a haul of Starview Boxes.lol! Mix it up a little.haha...

(Im just waiting for the Boxing, Bored)
