I have several avi files that just wont play. Nothing works if I open in Divx. But if I open in media player, there is a codec error but the sound still works. Im out of ideas and dont know what to do. I tried dl GSPOT and running it from that but when I render it says error as well. Some site said this might be a 'fake' with this code error message but i dont even know what that means, and I can hear the audio. -Frustrated and Confused
Never heard of that FourCC. I think someone just made it up. Try changing it to XVID, DX50 or DIVX. XVID and DIVX should be all CAPS.
