I've been doing a lot of resizing of AVI's lately. Because of the large dimension of change on one particular project, it ended up taking a very long time to do. So my question is...If the frame rate is also adjusted, would that do anything to speed up the resizing process? Would is also enhance the quality of the video any?
Your question makes no sense. You should only change the frame rate if you have a good reason for doing so - usually related to NTSC > PAL or vice-versa.
