Free Authoring ?

    I think I'm using the right phrase when I saw authoring, but maybe not. I'm looking to make a DVD out of pictures, add music and chapters to it. I'm sure many have seen them, my parents got one made for my brother who is leaving for college. I was wondering if there are any free programs that will allow you to do this. I saw one that looked pretty good called Photodex, but at $70, was looking for something cheaper. Any ideas, please post, and I hope I got this in the right forum =)

    Yes, I am looking for something like that, but free. I don't really expect it to be anything great, but I dont know if there's any free authoring stuff. Shrink and Decrypter work great for me and they are free =)
