dont know of any specific programs but:

    1. scan/get picture from where ever.
    2. open in *any* word processing or graphics tools (even ms-paint will do).
    3. resize to that of a credit card (measure one with a rule).
    4. apply text.
    5. print onto card and cut out.

dont need any fancy software to do any of that

there's actually a site called vistaprint.co.uk, they do cards really cheap, might be worth a look.

By the time you pay for printing etc, cards can be expensive.

You will get 500 cards from them for less than a tenner.

Wow. I was going to mention the same site, but wasn't sure if it was against forum rules. I've used Vista Print many times and they also operate out of the US. Very good prices and quality. Turn around time is good too, even for the standard service. Beats anything you could print out at home.

I don't know if it's against the rules, i hope not. If it is i apologise.

Yeah, i find them great, i used to do my own cards at home, but by the time you buy the ink, card, etc., it's just not worth it.
