Free domain names

    Does anyone know where I can get free domain names? I don't care if it's .vzz,.biz,.abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz, whatever, I just need a domain name. I found where to get 3gigs of room for my media though.

    There is no such thing as "really free" domain names -- all the offers have a catch that you don't actually OWN the domain name. This means that if you create a popular site under these schemes, the actual owner can at any time take full control of the domainname and kick you out.
