Free DVD-9 to DVD-5 Movie Splitter?

    I heard that DVDFab went commercial. Does anyone know of another free DVD Movie Splitter to use in conjuction with DVD Decrypter?

    Hi eric859, I don't split movies, I just compress dvd9 to dvd5 with several different programs. But I think DVDshrink can be used to split a dvd9. Check the guides on here for DVDshrink. Shrink is free.

    Thanks for the reply Jerry746! I usually do shrink all my movies (also with DVD Shrink). All shrinked movies look absolutely fine on my 32" Sony TV, but I'm now in the market for a wide 50" screen LCD rear projection. I tested one of my shrinked (at level 10) dvd's on a store model and could really notice the pixilation. If I can find a DVD player/changer that would automatically switch to the next DVD when the first is finished, I wouldn't mind splitting them uncompressed. So that's my new project. If you happen to know of a player like that, please reply. FYI, I found the most recent free version of DVDFab and it seems to work ok. I found it here: http://www.mrbass.org/dvdfab/
