I've been meaning to convert several movies to mpeg4 so I can play them on my iPod. The problem is that I can't find any free DVD to MPEG4 converters. Are there any out there?
I too would like to know of a free (easy) converter. I have 2 music concerts on DVD - the songs are separated into 4-12 minute chapters. I have tried a few trials but am limited to 5 minutes (only gets about 40% of the songs totally converted in their entirety). I hate to pay $30+ to only rip 2 DVDs that didn't even cost that much at initial purchase. Any suggestions (especailly for a fully functional trial that lasts only a day!)? Thank you.
Wahey! Think I'll join the queue. I've had the same problem as the first poster, in that I got one converter that only does 5 minutes, and another that emblazons 'Trial Version' acroos the middle of the screen! If you know of a free converter, please help me out! best regards Chris
