free VCD program

    i need to make a few VCD'S and my nero express for some reason isnt working to burn a vcd. is there another free program i can use to burn a vcd

    Do you Just need the VCD Burned or do you actaully need the Movie to be Converted to Mpeg1/VCD format also??? I don"t know any Burning programs that are 100% Free but there are shareware Programs that are free for 30 days Like I believe VCDEasy is free for 30 days or you can download a demo of Ulead DVD Movie Factory on the ulead web site that works for 30 days....
