free virgin tv

    hi room , i have not subcribed to virgin tv for the past 3 years . they was meant to have cut me off . but about two years ago someone told me to try pluging in a replylite box inn too the old virgin box on the wall and low and behold its worked fine apart from the odd update.anyway my ? is if the signal is still coming though the virgin box on the wall will it run my broadband as well , is there a way of checking this , or is the tv totally different from the broadband . any advise on this would be great .....

    i dont fully understand your post. but i can confirm that the connection for broadband and tv are exactly the same. if you have a live connection then your good to go

    if you go get a modem from another source that does the same as your reply lite box but for internet not tv.. then yes it will work perfectly ok.

    my friend lives in a flat, never had a subscription in his life, found a wire in his wall, connected a box & modem and off he went. has the best of both worlds now without any subscription above his head!
