Ok...About a week or so ago i reformatted and re-installed windows, due to a virus (deleting partitions as well). I sucessfully re-install XP and nothing else except all drivers and a game. While playing my game online i heard a click (like a dial-up modem disconnecting)and after about 30-60 sec. the pc freezes.Upon restart it doesnt recognize any drives on my IDE. It then says failure to boot insert system disk and press enter. The only drive working is the A drive...for which i have no disk.So i hit enter and it goes to black screen with blinking underscore. After reseting from there it then boots normally. I began playing game for about an hour and then same thing...this time no success after multiple restarts. I figure this could be a number of things...any suggestions?

    FYI- Ihave 1 cd-rom, 1 dvd-rom,2 HDD's,and Floppy...they boot in that order

    Thanks,
    Nick

You best get all of your important files off of your hard drive, because it is more than likely going belly up.
