   Hey, i'm new here. In fact I know literaly nothing about this forum so if i'm posting this in the worng place please don't get mad at me. Ok...here's my dilema...I have a video, an mpeg4 video in the video section of my itunes however, when I plug my ipod in the update my itunes freezes and I have to use ctrl+alt+del to unfreeze it.

   I would suggest, first of all, uninstalling and reinstalling itunes.
