Hi dvdlaw What media are you using? How about the burn speed? Is your drives firmware up to date too? All can play a factor. You can check the firmware version in Nero (see below)
Thanks for the speedy response. I just brought the version of Nero yesterday. Nero express 6 (oem suite)Read speed 16X,write speed 8X, fileware version 101 and buffer size 2MB and no region code. Thanks again
That is probably the layerbreak for the Movie if u r using DL media, It could be the media and it could be the program u r using to burn, my bet is the Media u r using. Verbatim DL media is the best and u should try those, for better results. I agree w/ 300bowler. I didn't even know Staples was putting their name on DL media. (not like I know all about every brand - this is a new one to me) If it's -R also - that's pretty new dual layer media. Players may definitely have a problem reading it correctly. What's the make & model of the burner too? I'd also go w/ 300bowler suggestion of using imgburn too to burn these. Burn speed using? If you can try taking it down a notch too.
