Hi, Rescanned Digivox, but Bravo and Bravo+1 are missing. I'm unable to rescan at the moment as it's the family TV and don't want the adult channels to come up. It would be gretly appreciated if someone could let me know the frequencies for the channels mentioned in the Birmingham area. Thank you
UPDATE2: Sorry, haven't they were wrong! I know for a fact the channels aren't on the NTL frequency here in the UK. If someone could let me know, greatly appreciated.
Just to let you know if you need to edit rather than multiposting you can press the- symbol to the top right hand side. This will let you change/update your original post Bravo and Bravo+1 are on freqs 251.000 for Birmingham TW.
Thanks for them, Have you got all your channels back now mate, I dont have your freq's so couldn't reply to your PM.
OK, so one cable goes into the splitter (broadband) and the other one that goes in is the cable for the digivox. Other end a cable comes out and goes out somewhere. I didn't put in the splitter, the guy who installed the broadband did. So what do I do? Remove the broadband cable? Whole splitter? Sorry if i'm being a nuisance. Why would a splitter prevent channels being picked up? Do i even need one?
You unplug your feed from the splitter then plug it into your box. If you using BB you need the splitter but take it out temp to see if it picks the channels up.
I see, thank you. Just to let you know i did the rescan to pick up the sky channels that have returned, i deleted existing chanels first. I don't think i should have done that. I remember another time when i did a rescan and Bravo and +1 weren't on there, but after scanning again they appeared. Obviously that isn't happening this time. I'm using the Broadband at the moment, when i have finished i will unplug the feed and put it in the box and scan 251.000, and put the cable back into the splitter. I'll let you know the outcome. Thanks again
Check through all the TVch.... channels. They may be hiding in amongst those, If you find them try renmaing them to suit.
They werent hiding either. I decided to do a automated scan for NTL,Telewest, EX C&W, OM and Chorus, and on the third time it finally picked up Bravo and Bravo +1. The frequency for both is 603.000
