I just recieved thie email from a friend. I have NO clue what to tell him. Maybe someone here can help. Thanks in advance.

I've got a problem with my computer (yes, again). After it has been on for a
while (about an hour), something inside clicks and the computer freezes up. The
only way to get it going again is to take it apart and pull the battery of off
the motherboard. This of course is a huge pain in the &$#%^ )^&*%$ *%^&#^!$
@#%, since I have to pull the computer out, I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT JUST
HAPPENED TO MY COMPUTER BUT EVERYTHING IS GOING TO SH*T I CANNOT TYPE IN LOWER
CASE LETTERS AND THE OTHER BUTTONS ARE DOING THINGS THAT THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED
TO DO I WILL HAVE TO GET BACK TO YOU LATER

It sounds like a heat problem, or he has serious virus problems.

appears to be a heat problem pointing at the keyboard bios on the motherboard. also check the can shaped objects on the motherboard that are capacitors are flat topped & not domed.
