Just got my DVD burner and am ready to copy some DVD movies . I am new to DVD copying and was wandering ? Do I buy General Purpose DVR or Authoring DVR for movies ? - Looking for any pointers from real pros .

I'm not sure (search the message board, this question probably has already been answer, but with question summaries like yours "Ficken new guy" how will anybody now what the question is about when searching) but my guess is that it's only a ploy to extract more blood from people. The difference is probably the same as between CD-R and CD-R Audio, price, because royalties are payed to those affected by copying or something like that.
