Frozen Samsung SGH-M620

    Hi all

    Hope you can help me, I have a Samsung SGH-M620 which has frozen up, it starts up, asks for password, and PIN then all the buttons are dead, a little while later it reboots, and this keeps repeating.

    Is there a way to master reset this phone?

    you can reset the phone by powering it on without simcard
    then enter *2767*3855#

    if this fails you need to go to an unlock or service shop for a firmware update
