Here is a good one..... I have developed a browserbased Application using activeX to run windows media player 9 for music/mp3's and dvd VOB files. Everything was running beuatifully until mr.gates put a patch on windows media 9 that has to have the dvd player in the drive. I know tell me to rip to AVI but this application has to be simple stupid and dvddecoder was working beautifully. Please help I have to use Media Player 9 or rewrite all of my interface!!!!!!!
I know this isn't much comfort but that is the reasin I swutched from Windows to Linux. I work in the IT feild and have all the M$ certs but I run Linux. It is sad to see them tighten the noose around their own neck. Apple is gaining right along with Linux.
