    I've got 2 used XBOX 360 Samsung MS28 drives flashed with ix1.6 0800 firmware to allow to make a copy of your original game. The drives do not have the metal cases on them but if you got a DVD magnet then it isn't a problem. I've tested these drives and made working copies of my games. Not for sure how good they would be in a console as they are used.
